Everyone starts somewhere. Our Get Started in Music course will give you the opportunity to write, record and ultimately perform a few pieces of music. You will gain invaluable skills and knowledge from experienced professionals, experiencing a taste as to what it’s like to work in song writing and music production.

What will I be doing?

The course will be live instrument based, with Irene Taylor Trust providing instruments such as: drum kits, guitars, keyboards, bass etc. Through learning about the music industry and meeting other musicians, you will also earn a Bronze Arts Award Qualification. Following the program, you will have access to follow up online sessions and up to 6 months mentoring support.
