This free one week programme, Get Started with Boxing, delivered in partnership with Empire Fighting Chance, that is for female identifying/presenting individuals only, starting in February.

What will I be doing?

ON THIS COURSE YOU’LL:
• Learn basic boxing techniques
• Explore the link between physical and mental wellbeing
• Gain an AQA award qualification
• Receive up to six 1-1 sessions with the King’s Trust to help find their next steps and more opportunities
DATES FOR YOUR DIARY:
• Express interest by: 13 Feb 26
• Taster day: 18 Feb 26
• Course dates: 23-27 Feb 26

Who is this opportunity suitable for?

16-25 year olds who are not in full time employment, education or training.
