This is a great opportunity to join us in Bristol Parks in this Parks Cleansing role helping to keep our parks and green spaces clean and safe.

• Cater Road, Block 15, Unit 9 Cater Road, Bristol BS3 7TW

More about the role

What will I be doing?

• You will be working in our beautiful estates, formal parks and nature reserves, as well as around play areas and sports pitches across the city.
• You will have an important and visual role, working outdoors in all weathers to make sure our parks and green spaces are welcoming and attractive places to visit.
• You will be working some weekends on a rota which will involve, on average working two weekends a month.
• As a committed individual in this role, we will offer you training and support to progress into Gardener and Chargehand positions as opportunities open up.
• This is a physically demanding role which requires daily periods of sustained.
• physical effort including walking, kneeling, lifting, and driving.
• Post holders must be willing and able to work weekends on a rota basis and evenings as required.
• The number of hours worked in a week may be seasonally adjusted.
• Hold a full valid driving licence for use in the U.K
