How do we use your personal information?
We use this information for one or more of the following reasons:
- We Work for Everyone use e-mails / telephone calls to provide updates in connection with gaining employment and additional skills and in building an individual’s confidence, skill set and experience to assist in the journey to and or back into employment / training opportunities. Your data will be used so that a comprehensive employment initiative can be given to participants living in The West of England Combined Authority area. We will use your data to also measure the reach of the services being offered to make sure that everyone eligible is aware and able to access this initiative from under-represented

We sometimes store small files called cookies on your computer or other device to help improve your experience on our website.
We collect web statistics automatically about your visit to our site based on your IP address. This information is used to help us to improve your experience on our website.
Who else might we share your personal information with?
Sometimes we may need to share your information, but we will only do so where we have your consent or it is necessary or required by law. We will only share the minimum information for each circumstance. We may share some of your personal information with one or more of the following:
- With Delivery Partners in the pursuit of helping to find suitable training / employment options
- Referral partners (not all data, just name and contact details)

How long we will keep your personal information?

The European Social Fund which is jointly funding this project will require Bristol City Council (Lead Council) and it’s Delivery Partners to keep all information / data for the period of 10 years. After this, your personal information will be deleted or archived in line with Bristol City Council’s Document Retention Procedure.
