Who can join WE Work for Everyone in Phase 3?

WE Work for Everyone is moving into Phase 3 from April 2025 to March 2027. We welcome new referrals, but there are some guidelines about who can access the programme from April -

You can access WE Work support in Phase 3 if:

  • You enrolled only in Phase 1 (Feb 2021 – Dec 2023) and did not enrol in Phase 2.
  • You enrolled only in Phase 2 (Jan 2024 – March 2025).
  • You enrolled on Phase 2 after October 2024 for six months or less – in this case, you can be carried over to Phase 3. Please contact your navigator as you will not need to complete a new referral.

You cannot be access WE Work if:

  • You were enrolled on both Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Completing the Referral Form can take 20-30 minutes.

If you need some help, or have some questions about joining, speak to us using the details at the bottom of this page.

What we will ask you:

  • for proof of your nationality or right to work in the UK
  • if you have a learning disability, learning difficulty or identify as autistic
  • your age and if you are currently in education
  • if you are currently in paid employment
  • if you speak to Work Coach or Disability Employment Advisor
