You need to complete this form in full to be registered on the WE Work for Everyone programme, which is part-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF).

Information provided will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal and sensitive information will be used solely for the purpose of equalities monitoring to ensure that everyone is treated fairly. The information you provide will be stored by the Council and used to compile anonymous statistics to inform the Council and its funding partners.

What we will ask you

To join the programme, we need to check you are eligible. We will ask you:

  • for proof of your nationality or right to work in the UK
  • if you have a learning difficulty or identify as autistic
  • your age and if you are currently in education
  • if you are currently working more than 10 hours a week

This information is required to check individual eligibility for the programme in line with the European Social Fund agreements. Please see the WE WORK for Everyone Privacy Policy for more information how this information will be used and stored.

You can also attend a drop-in session:

  • When: every Wednesday, 9am to 12pm
  • Where: The Hub on the Ground floor of The Galleries shopping centre, 25 Union Gallery, Broadmead BS13XD
  • COVID-19 information: our sessions are COVID secure. We ask that you wear a mask unless you are exempt.

Our team of employment navigators will support you with the referral process in the way that is right for you. If you have a preferred communication method, please let us know.
