WE WORK for Everyone is a free employment support programme for people with a learning disability, learning difficulty and autistic people.

Job seekers

We support people with a learning disability, learning difficulty, and autistic people in the West of England to find a pathway into paid work. We aim to empower people by finding employment, promoting independence and challenging social isolation.

Employers

We work with employers to increase diversity in the workplace, recruit hardworking employees and provide support to staff.

What we offer jobseekers

Our Employment Navigators can work with you to develop a pathway into paid employment.

They will help you to:

  • find a career that’s right for you
  • access training, qualifications and work placements
  • access supported internships (ages 18 to 25)
  • create a CV and learn interview skills
  • access computer equipment and IT support

To be eligible you must:

  • live in the West of England: Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset
  • be over 16 not be in employment
  • have a learning difficulty, or be autistic – a formal diagnosis is 
not essential.
