What will I be doing?
Young people will take part in employability sessions, learn about the various roles in a retail environment and build their confidence. This course is quite independent as they will be placed in a store throughout the programme so suitable for work ready young people.
ON THIS COURSE YOU’LL:
• Gain retail work experience with M&S.
• Build your confidence and employability skills.
• Potentially gain employment with M&S at the end of the course.
• Receive 1-1 support throughout the programme.

• Course dates: 20 July - 13 Aug 26
