Join these healthy cooking sessions at The Wellspring Healthy Living Centre in Redfield for 6 weeks from 2nd September! The course is free and open to anyone 19+ with little or no qualifications.

What will I be doing?
Over 6 weeks, you will learn to cook tasty food and improve your cooking knowledge.
These six free sessions will support you to:
> Make healthier dietary choices.
> Know what spices to add to food, for an improved eating experience.
> Improve your knowledge and confidence to cook.
> Choose from a range of websites and recipes to use at home.
> Separate the myths from facts around certain dietary information.
> At the end of this course, you will receive a free slow cooker!
Who is this opportunity suitable for?
The course is open to adults 19+ with no or low qualifications.

No skills required, just a willingness to learn.
