Ablaze is looking to recruit young people for our Employment & Skills Programme, which is a workplace skills training programme that includes mentoring and a two-week work placement for young people aged 16 to 25 in South Gloucestershire.

What will I be doing?

The support you'll receive:
: 8 group workshops over a 4 week period
: 1-2-1 mentoring to reflect on your learning and plan your next steps
: 2 weeks work experience at a local business
: Group visits to varied businesses to gain insight into different industries and job roles
: All travel and food will be paid for, and the young people will receive a £200 ‘reward’ upon completing their work placements.

Who is this opportunity suitable for?

• aged between 16 and 25
• live in South Gloucestershire
• NEET
• are a UK resident or have Right to Work in the UK
