What will I be doing?

Inclusive Sports and Activities
= Have a go at taster sessions including Zumba, Basketball and much more
= Learn aerial silks and other circus skills
= Play games and get active
Wellbeing Activities
= Enjoy free reflexology sessions
= Get creative with mindful arts and crafts
= Health Advice and Information
= Meet the teams from Sirona, NHS, Prospect and Inhealth Group to find out more about how to stay healthly
= Hot drinks and a free healthy lunch will be available on the day.
