Preparation for Adulthood Fair
Fosse Way School would like to invite you to be a stallholder during this event. The stalls are free to book and will enable you to promote your provision or business to students across BANES exploring their next steps.
The Preparing for Adulthood Fair 2026 will be held at Fosse Way School on Tuesday 20th October 2026 from 16:15-18:00.
Spear is a free programme for 16 to 24 year olds who are not in education, employment, or training. Our coaches support you to find your confidence, learn skills and succeed in interviews.
If you're looking for work, education, or training, Spear can help you gain the skills and mindset needed to succeed.

Our Funding:
The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is working in partnership with WE Work for Everyone to deliver the Mayoral Priority Skills Fund . This fund provides a flexible grant to meet current priority skills gaps in the region. This project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
