Come join us for a free day of fun and activities at Malcolm X Community Centre as we celebrate our environment!
My Community Bristol and Sendawelcome are excited to be back with another inclusive event as part of the Bristol Community Festival.

What will I be doing?
Activities will include:
Build your own wind turbine with UWE Bristol's Inspire Sustainability Team
Participant in quizzes and energy efficient giveaways from Places for People
Play a recycling sorting game and chat to Bristol Waste about all things recycling, reuse, and waste
Create your own pine-cone bird feeder with My Community Bristol volunteers
Make your own pom-pom using reused wool
Watch ‘Plastic Police’; a short film by about the climate crisis by Beth Richards
Experience Gympanzee’s sensory room
A free vegetarian and vegan lunch with hot drinks will be available.
Who is this opportunity suitable for?
The day will be free and open to everyone, and includes lots of fun and activities including crafts, games, free giveaways and information.
