What will I be doing?
Wellbeing: to support the Learner to combat anxiety around maths through mindfulness and breathing techniques.
Explore: ways to have fun and enjoyment around maths through crafts, cooking, game playing etc.
Opportunities: to become familiar with using digital technology and online resources to develop useful skills to prepare for progression onto functional skills maths courses.
No Sessions: 06th May, 13th May, 27th May and 10th June.
Who is this opportunity suitable for?
This course is FREE for adults 19+ without a grade C/level 4 Level 2 Functional Skills Maths or GCSE Maths.
What age is this suitable for?
18 - 25, 25 - 55, 55 - Retirement age
