Introduction:
We are looking for a Catering assistant who can work as part of a team in our Ashton Court cafes and Golf ticket office to provide visitors with a great experience.
This is a full time (37 hours per week), permanent role working daytime shifts between 8.30am – 5.30pm, 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays.

What will I be doing?
We will need you to strive to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst working in the cafes serving our customers. You will work alongside the Team Leader and Retail Catering Manager who will be promoting a respectful team environment. All our team members are trained to deliver high standards of service, quality and cleanliness in our cafes.
To be successful you will need:
Be willing to work towards a Food Safety L2 certificate when you join us.
Excellent customer service skills.
A good understanding of Health & Safety at work (training given).
Previous experience of working in a catering or retail environment.
Cafe experience and Good Barista skills.
Some Experience of operating an Electronic Point of Sale system (till).
Car parking is available at most of our sites. A meal is provided on duty.
You'll be working various daytime shifts, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, and may be expected to work at any of our cafes and kiosks.
You will be based at Courtyard Café and Golf Café and Golf ticket office in Ashton Court Estate for most of your time; however, you could be required to work at other locations across the city which includes Vaulted chambers cafe in Castle Park and Blaise Café in Blaise Café Estate.
