WE Work Navigator Gavin Salter (pictured below) has collated a fantastic article for the Bath and Wiltshire Parent Magazine’s July/August 2023 edition. The article discusses the programme and how to make a referral.

It also features a past WE Work participant Cosmo Born who had support to expand his self-employed horticulture business. His Navigators at the time worked creatively to ‘join up the dots’ for Cosmo; one had a link at their son’s local nursery who were in desperate need of garden maintenance work to control an unruly children’s play area, and another Navigator provided business planning and support to help him work out the logistics of the new work he was taking on.
