SeeAbility believes that everyone should have the opportunity to work and helps participants reach their full potential. The programme is built on inclusion and aims to help people find careers, not just jobs.
Rhian from SeeAbility worked with a WE Work participant who was out of work for several months after being made redundant. The participant needed support from an employment coach to help him find a job and get in-work support. Rhian helped him update his CV, find suitable job roles, and arrange a work trial with a local employer Medequip. The participant quickly gained confidence and started working, gradually increasing his hours. His employer is supportive and makes adjustments to help him succeed. He is happy to be working again, and his family is grateful for the support they received.
