A New Career, A New Beginning

When Ruby first joined WE Work for Everyone, she wanted a career change and hoped to find a full-time paid job in healthcare.
With support from WE Work, Ruby updated her CV, applied for jobs, and practised interview skills. This helped her feel more confident to attend interviews alone.
She now has a full-time job in a care home, supporting older people living with dementia. She also has support in place to help her learn her new role.

Ruby plans to continue working full-time and hopes to progress into a higher paid role in the future.
