Fantastic Feedback for Our B&NES Navigators
July 21, 2026
Project SEARCH is a one-year employability programme based at the Royal United Hospital (RUH) in Bath. It supports young people with learning disabilities to develop the skills and experience they need to move into work. The programme is for young people aged 18 to 25 who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and would benefit from extra support to prepare for employment.
Through work placements and training, students build their confidence, independence and workplace skills. The programme aims for young people to secure a competitive, independent job within six months of completing the course.
We recently received some very positive feedback about WE Work’s two Employment Navigators in the B&NES area. The Project SEARCH Programme Lead says:
“I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say a massive thank you for all your help and support this year. Everything you do is gold standard, and we really value your input. It is so reassuring that as I’m writing emails to interns and their parents about what happens next, to be able to refer them onto you. You are both fab!”
Great work Nikki & Gavin!
