Our Impact – phase 2 of WE Work

We are very pleased to share an overview of participant progress in phase 2 of WE work.
Between January 2024 and March 2025, WE Work delivered it’s second phase of the programme across Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire. With funding from central government through WECA (West of England Combined Authority) we engaged 383 people with learning difficulties, learning disabilities and autistic people to move closer to paid work. Thanks to strong partnership working with our delivery partners, 87 people (23%) moved into paid work. We also delivered over 1,000 outcomes, including training and skills development.
