Autism Employer training: become an inclusive employer – 1 day training

We are exited to announce Weston College in partnership with WE Work, is running one day training days for employers to develop knowledge and confidence to recruit a more diverse workforce.
The training aims to support a better understanding of neurodiverse minds, explore inclusive recruitment and retainment of staff, and introduce reasonable adjustments and ongoing support.
