From Then to Now – Mikey’s Journey to Confidence and Independence

When Mikey first started being supported by SeeAbility he struggled to attend meetings on his own and felt unsure in new situations. With the support of his employment coach, Rhian, he gradually grew in confidence, developed new skills, and started travelling independently.
Today Mikey is:
- Travelling on his own
- Taking part in training and workshops
- Working as an Autism Co-Trainer
- Has secured paid work
Mikey’s journey is a great example of how the right support can help people gain confidence, become more independent, and move into meaningful work.
